OS Compatability

I created setup in XP and works fine on both XP and 7.
I updated the setup in Win7 and still the setup works fine and installs but the problem rise in
1 Run Program: it no more calls my exe file while setup.
2 At the end of setup there is Read Me (text file) which has also stop working and gives error of notepad File not found.
