Chained MSI and dialogs, possible?

Does anyone know if there are any action strings that will install a chained MSI in normal (non silent) mode using the (Un)Install MSI Setup function?
I would like to use one MSI as a wrapper that would also install the chained MSI with dialogs displayed.

As far as I know, MSI engine does not allow multiple MSI installations from another MSI.
The idea of consistency of MSI is that you can run only one msi at a time. That's why you need a bootstrapper EXE that will chain msi's.
