support questions

I need some help.
I have been working on an issue for over a month. (error 2705, error 2727, and patch will not install over a patch)
I really have no idea what the issue is, and no idea where to start. I have tried everything I can find.
I have commented all of my install code out, tried opening using orca, plus tons of other ideas. NONE have worked.
We are desperate. We don't mind paying for help. I have posted questions here, and even tried to contact the consulting arm of installaware several times.
I see the per incident support, but I really don't know if it is worthwhile.
First is it like the normal support that only helps with installaware bugs? Or can they help debug your install?
Also I really don't like that I could pay thousands of dollars with no assurance of a fix.
In short I would like to talk (or email) with someone before I spend $1000 or more on support.
Please could someone from installaware contact me.
