Content files for multiple users

I install some folders with some content files for my programs in "My Documents".
However, these are only available for the user account that installed the program, even when choosing "install for all user"s.
I get the short-cuts OK for multiple users by using advertised short-cuts, but not the "My Documents" folders and content.
It must be possible somehow with MSI technology, as it is working fine with my old installations made with InstallShield 2009 Express (I bought IA Studio rather than updating ISX in order to do multi-language installations) - it seems to work as self-repairing there.
In this forum there is some mentioning of "advertised files", but that seems to be file-program associations, that I do not need (but could do, if that would solve the problem).
