How to detect SQL Server Standard or Enterprise

I have some problems finding out how to detect some other versions of SQL Server than Express. Basically my need is to detect if the computer has a version of SQL Server that can execute SSIS packages and AFAIK it has been introduced in Standard and Enterprise versions since SQL Server 2005 was released. Application Runtimes contains only requirements for SQL Server Compact and Express editions.
