When running license installer gets stuck

When i try to install the license installer it gets stuck at the Final Confirmation Dialog. Please help.

It's not stuck, its waiting for you to click Next.

Thanks.Even when I downloaded and ran the license installer,still when I start my IA I get the "Thank You for Trying InstallAware" Dialog.Tried generating a new license and download and install.Still I get this message.This is not my first install.I am moving build system from one machine to another.Please help.
