Can I put a custom htm page on a web page control on a form?

I don't see a way to specify the page name. I can't get the animations to animate so I'd like to make a small htm control instead of the animation control, put the animation in there, and that would solve my problem but how do I associate a custom page (I'm already using index.htm elsewhere on the page) for this HTML Browser control?
