Upgraded from 9 to 9 R2 , now get error

I upgraded from 9 to 9 R2 and my project gets an error saying that a plug-in is missing with a GUID.
Rebuild the simple installation project from scratch and got the same error.
This is a fully licensed Admin Studio version.
Uninstalled and reinstalled three times... Get the same error everytime.
HELP!!!
