Dedication Plaque is shown

I downloaded and reinstalled installaware but i am still reciving the Dedication Plaque.
when i look at the i see Installaware 9 R2 (Build Moya.sp2.050510)
How do i update to this fix?

You need 05.25.10 or 05.27.10

and how do i get it?
i downloaded the full setup today and this is what i get!
is this link downloads the right version?
http://www.installaware.com/santacruz/I ... ntimes.exe
there is no version on the file.

10x i get it fixed...
I used an old license before....
when i generated a new license it fixed the version
