Hi,

When performing a web install it appears that once the media blocks have been downloaded they are cached. On some computers where I install SQL Express 2008, SQL fails to install, so I would like to be able to run the setup manually. What is the folder path to the cache location of the downloaded web media blocks?

Paths change between different versions of Windows. So...

You can also read the registry to determine the location; look for where Control Panel Add-Remove Programs uninstall keys stored.
