I saw in the InstallAware 9 R2 SP3 automatic update (notification settings dialog) that a wrong time is displayed: after 11:00 AM comes 12:00 PM and then 1:00 PM. I think it must be 11:00 AM, 12:00 AM, 1:00 PM,...

The current behavior should be correct. See:

ah ok, you are right. Here in germany we have an other time format, that's why I was unsure.
Sorry for confusion...
