Problem with maintenance dialog

Under "Windows Start Menu > System Settings > Software" we have two buttons near our Software entry:

1) One is called "Ändern" (english may be equal "Change" or "Maintenance")
2) One is called "Entfernen" (english may be equal "Remove" or "Uninstall")

On selecting the first button "Ändern" (Change/Maintenance) it appears the maintenance dialog. This is right.

On selecting the secon button it also appears the maintenance dialog. In our meaning this is not right, because selecting "Entfernen" (Remove/Uninstall) means to directly uninstall and not having the option to maintenance (and even repair).

Question: Is it possible to (a) show up a different (custom) dialog or (b) to directly uninstall when selecting "Entfernen" (Remove/Uninstall)?

Do note that the default option in the "maintenance" dialog depends on what you click.

You can base your logic to display a different dialog with only the option to uninstall if Remove is clicked, knowing the following:

When Change is clicked:
$MODIFY$ = TRUE
$REMOVE$ = FALSE
$MAINTENANCE$ = TRUE

When Remove is clicked:
$MODIFY$ = FALSE
$REMOVE$ = TRUE
$MAINTENANCE$ = TRUE
