I am using an HTMLViewer to display the license as I need to have URL links that the user can click on. The issue I am having is that when the license is shown the vertical positioning does not show from the top but it jumps to the first url link. Is there a way so that it always shows from the top?

What I meant for the above is that the HTMLViewer scrolls to the first url.

I couldn't reproduce this. I'm attaching the test html I created. You might want to post the html you're using or email it to [email protected]. Please zip it up before posting/sending.
