Behind the crank of any setup ...

When running an InstallAware created setup it’s packed component’s are always and unasked unpacked to %TEMP%. This is not the perfect's way because if there is not enough space it breaks down ... even if all program data would fit, BUT:

It's amazing to us that everybody can see the dialog forms (*.dfm), the translation tables (translations.*), etc. Everybody is even able to open/edit those, look in the Object Rules and in the Object Behavior and so on ... copy images, pictures, videos, flash’s and copy translated text (we payed for) and so on!

What reason for? Why?

In fact, this we definitely don't want that way ... even those "unsecured" dialog forms and translation tables are not needed to run the setup (during the setup process we have deleted those and it works anyway).

We have the opinion that the InstallAware’s build process is inaccurate in rescept to that. Please help on that ...

Have you read the help topic "Encrypting Your Setups"?

Yes, we have, in the foretime and once gain now:

(1) We don't like to have a password on our setups.

(2) It does not matter if you encrypt or not! We did the same procedure with encrypted setups (example IA Setup "InstallAware_9_With_Runtimes.exe") ... and all mentioned files are affected in the same way, you can open, look, edit, copy, etc.

As we said, *.dfm and translations.* are not needed to run the setup ... so this is not acceptable, please help on that soon ...
