illegal checkBox name

In a dialog I've created checkbox named 'designer' and using rules based on label content I wanted to enable/disable this checkbox.
And it doesn't work under IA8 and IA9. Change of control name helped.... But time was lost to find it....
The rules are:
IF (desFound.Caption = TRUE) THEN designerCB.Enabled := True;
IF (desFound.Caption <> TRUE) THEN designerCB.Enabled := False;
