I looked in the help file - but I couldn't find any documentation on what files should be put under source control. I know the MPR and MIA files should be - but what about the code folding files? I am giong to omit the backup and txt files that are generated of the mia files. Is there anything else I am missing or required to have bundled together?

It's ultimately up to you. Here's two relevant topics:
“I usually remove files with the BAK, DLL and TXT extensions, plus the "Release" subfolder, before storing my projects in our repository. That's all I have needed so far.”

Do I need the CODE FOLDING files? Do I need to put those into source safe as well?
Do those get "regenerated" when I rebuild the project? I looked at the date/time of the files and they are all over the place - so I doubt that. I just need clarification so I don't shoot myself in the foot.

The code folding files are regenerated each time the script is saved. Even if the placement of the code folding definition/closure doesn't change. That is, go edit a comment, then save and the code folding file for the script is saved.
I can't think of a reason off hand why you would "need" to check in those files, but that's not to say there could be a reason to emerge in hind sight.

Interesting response.
Since you mentioned that it is generated when I'm in the editor. So if I delete the code folding files, my project should still compile then from the command line.
Ah, screw it - I'll just put them in VSS.

I just have to ask what's so interesting about it.
