Localization - First Two Dialogs - Corrupt

Hi,
I am having an issue with R2 where the first two dialogs are not getting translated correctly unless I actually build the installer with the Locale set to the proper language for non-Unicode Programs.
Here are some screen shots of what I am talking about. I am showing just the first dialog here, but both of the first two dialogs that come up during an install are corrupt. Also, the rest of the localization is fine. Only the first two dialogs are wrong.
Here is Korean compiled with English (or any language that is not Korean) set as the current language for non-Unicode programs:

It looks like support was recently added to have those first two dialogs localized (kudos), however this appears to be the issue if you are trying to build a multi-language installer. You now cannot without that first dialog having garbled characters on non-English operating systems.
Important point to note, I did not change any files between compiles, I just changed this setting in Windows from English to Korean.

Please let me know if a new release will address this in the near future.
Thank you.
Kris
