Animation control not animating

Hi,
I have a question about the animation control not animating my AVI on start-up. It doesn't animate any of my AVI files in any of my dialogs. The interesting thing is that if I click next in a dialog and go back, the AVI is being played and animated.
I tried setting the active property for the animation control to true, but it does not save the TRUE value. How can I get my AVI files to start animating when the dialog is shown?

Can someone please help me on this? All the animations (AVI files) are not animating when each dialog is initially displayed. If I click back to the dialog it starts animating.

What version of InstallAware are you using? How did you set up your forms and animate control? Are you using a particular theme? What are your development and test environments/OS?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Here is the data that you have requested.
I am using InstallAware 9 (Build Moya.sp1.070409)
I am using the Alpha theme as the base for my installer
I just dragged the animation control on to the dialog and edited the properties of it to use my.avi which I imported to the creatives
This issue is happening on all OS from XP to Windows 7 using both 32 and 64 bit.
So the animation does not start when it should. It is like it is missing a starting "play" command. The odd thing is that it doesn't animate only on the first run of a certain dialog. If I go back to it in any direction (Using the < Previous | Next > buttons) it starts working.

I can't reproduce this. I tested on a couple different themes. I'm attaching a test project I created. Let me know if it exhibits the same problem when you build it. Note, you'll have to change the path to the animation in license dialog to the proper path. Animations are on the first two dialogs.
You're on a little older version of IA. I looked for any fixes relating to animation controls and couldn't find anything, so I think this should be working for you.
You could post a test project that exhibits this problem for you...
What OS are you developing on?
