Where are the descriptions of all the dialog control props?

Where do I find help on properties of the various dialog controls?? In particular, I would like to know how the 'Cancel' property is set and what sets it for the Browser control?? I assumed it was set when the user clicked 'Ok' or 'Cancel' from the specific Browser window? Am I wrong? The interaction between controls is useless unless you know how & where properties are set (that is outside of the dialog desinger). I should not have to read through 100s of example scripts to determine the controls actions!
