How to : Find the path to a file

I need to search the users computer to find the path to a previosly installed file. I tried the Find all files but it does not seem to work as I need it to.. For example: I am looking for a file called MyProgram.exe I do not know where it is installed using the Find all files what would I type in the search path field? I tried just the file name MyProgram.exe but the return was nothing. If I typed in "C:\MyProgram.exe" it returns nothing. In both cases I checked the "Search sub folders check box. Is there another command I should be using?

Thanks
Paul

Dear Paul,

Searching for c:\MyProgram.exe and checking include subfolders should work - I tried c:\notepad.exe and it returned the notepad in system32..

Thanks!
