License Generator

Hi All,
I'm a new customer.
I have been trying in vain to download the license Installer. When I select the Generate link - I see a popup - retrieving from server, however no link appears or download starts up.
I have tried all browsers and 3 different machines thus far.
No luck yet - anyone have any ideas?

Have you purchased a license?
If so, you should be able to generate it on any browser other than IE8.

Hi,
After generating a license, please go back to your license list, and click on "Download License". The product is available through our website, you can download the Trial version.
Please let me know if this works for you now.

Sorry - but no Download License is in a list available to me.
I am now getting quite anxious over this - we need to sort this ASAP.
