Detecting an installer requested reboot

If it possible for a splash screen program like your CD autorun sample to detect if one of the programs that is launched is forcing a reboot? some of the things that we can run from our splash screen are installers which occasionally attempt to reboot the computer when finished. It would be nice if our splash screen program could exit automatically in this case. A couple of the installers are written in InstallAware, so we can change them if needed, some of the others are not, however.

Dear rentz,
That is not possible unfortunately - the splash screen is displayed by the InstallAware engine and that is beyond the scope of your setup.

Sorry, but I was not clear. The splash screen that I am talking about is actually a standalone InstallAware "Installer" that we use to fire off our other installation programs. It is based upon the CD Autorun template that you provide. What I am looking for is for a way to have this installer detect when one of the installers that it started (using the Run Program command) triggers a reboot. that way I can have our splash screen program exit gracefully.

Dear rentzk,
I can't really think of anything other than signaling your installers somehow.. I don't think its possible
