Install Password for IA9 R2 ?

Hello
I have downloaded IA9R2 from your download site.
But how is the install password. If you execute Ia9r2 setup we need a password?
I have a version IA9 and a password and also an offical license but I want to upgrade to R2
Can anybody provide me with the install password for R2 ?
Other question. If I install my old IA9, can this version automatically update to R2 version?
