Requested Elevation

Hello, I am using " Version 9 R2" and I need a little clarification on the "Requested Elevation Level" setting.
In the help it mentions it but in vauge terms. What I want to know is when and why each setting would be used.
The builds I am working on are stand alone PCs not network apps.
I prefer that only an administrator would do the install and also I want to avoid any problems with Windows 7.
I have previously used "Always Elevate (Requires Administrator)" and have had a few scattered problems with windows 7.
On these problems the install went ok but then had an issue when the program stated. These issues could always be resolved by unistall then reinstall.
Please advise.
