Log File: Unreadable?

Hi,
I'm using InstallAware 11 and I was able to produce a pretty solid installer, mostly through scripting.
Right now I'm having 2 different issues, I'll speak about the other one in another thread when I'm done searching through the forum.
I have successfully produced a LOG file by assigning a complete path to the pre-defined $LOGGED$ variable. I have also put some custom content using the Writelog plugin.
However, the content produced in the log is barely readable: When I open it with notepad, there seems to be spaces between each character!
Then I tried opening it with Notepad++. Here's what it looks like:

Have you ever seen this problem before?
Thanks,
Mathieu
