Error dialog after pressing cancel, funny text description

Hi there, firstly great work on your product, it's very easy to use and a good improvement over our previous installer!

However, I do have a few questions in regards to some IA behavior. When running the installer that IA creates, if I decide to cancel installation (by pressing the 'Cancel' button) I get an 'Error' dialog box with two buttons, 'Yes' and 'No'. This dialog box appears to be a confirmation dialog because if I click 'Yes' the installation closes. Is there some way to change the text in the dialog perhaps?

Here is a link to a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/OB8Tt.png

Another issue is the strange text description in the lower right of the screen describing during the feature selection stage where it displays the amount of disc space required - in the box it displays the amount required and then says 'Copying: Unable to Copy'. It's hard to describe so I've included another screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/B78cY.png

Also the pop-up menu to select individual components doesn't appear to have any text (please see the last screenshot). Is there a way to change this?

Thanks!

Hi,

Please try regenerating and reinstalling your license - that might fix your issues.

Hi Aviv, I tried that but it didn't work. However I did manage to fix it by replacing the C:\Program Files\InstallAware\InstallAware 9 R2\trans folder on my machine with the same folder copied from my boss's machine. Perhaps my string files were corrupt. The pop-up menu from the feature selection dialog still doesn't have any text though. Any ideas?

Hi,

Please try reinstalling InstallAware - sounds like something with the setup is messed up.
