Hi,
If you created your setup from a template, take a look at your Define Setup Globals region - you can define any folder you want there just like the other variables are defined. You can call it SECONDTARGETDIR if you want (or anything else) and use it later in the script!

If you created your setup from a template, it would be around line 55.
How did you create your setup?

No worries - you want to use the Set Variable command, and the Get Folder Location command.
The Set Variale command sets a value of a variable, and the Get Folder Location commands gets the location of specific folders in the machine.
For example, if you would like to create a variable named DOCUMENTSTARGETDIR that contains the path to my documents\MyApp, do this:
Get Folder Location on My Documents into Variable MYDOCS
Set Variable DOCUMENTSTARGETDIR to $MYDOCS$MyApp
Let me know if you have any other questions!
