NO_MSI FALSE to skip MSI file creation?

Hi,
I am actually having my first look on InstallAware 12 and discovered following:
in the IDE > Power Tweaks > Windows Installler Settings you write
set NO_MSI to FALSE to skip MSI file creation...
I discovered that this is wrong, it must be reversed to
set NO_MSI to TRUE to skip MSI file creation...
This is also how it workes in version 10.
am I right or am I right ?
