Hi Technical Support,

I'm facing actually an issue with Installaware. I've created a multi-Language installer with 13 languages.
When i install my setup in Russian mode, i had this issue (see the attachment).
Well, it is only a warning message, but it's a little annoying for the customer.
I've investiguated a little bit, and didn't find a fix for it.
Any idea?

Have you tried this on any other machine?

I've tried on a Windows XP native English and setted the Regional Language to Russian!
Same test done also on a Windows 2003, same result.

I feel like this has to do with settings on the target machine - can you run any other MSI's in Russian on it to test it?

Well i've tried to install Abode reader in russian, and it works correctly without complaints.

Could you please try creating a new setup from the Basic Setup template, localizing it to Russian and running it on the machine?
