Installaware do not remember project settings

We do different setups (different versions for different countries).
But when I open an old project to make a change it does not pick up the settings from that particular project.
Strangely it picks up some of the settings, but not all. Instead it seemes like some settings are leftovers from my latest saved project.
This causes a lot of extra word. I have to remake alla file settings, check all shortcut settings. Very annoying.
This happened when we upgraded to Installaware Studio 11.
