Merge Modules and Native Code

Is it possible to install merge modules with native code setup and the oprion NO_MSI?

Sorry I have no time to test it now but I would think it is not possible, right?

This is unfortunately not possible - Merge Modules are MSI features that are not available when installing with the Native Engine.
