Black screen on reboot and resume setup

Hello,
I have put the runtime Framework 4 Client and it does a reboot and resume setup. My question is, why does one see the whole black screen on having restarted? On having continued the installation and having ended it loads the whole screen well. This is a problem for me because I do facilities in remotely and they might not connect me on having seen the screen in black.

Hi,
I am not really sure which "black screen" you are referring too - could you attach a screenshot / explain further?

When you finish installing the Client Framework 4, the message to restart. When you click OK, restart your computer and appears when Windows starts the installer window appears to continue, but all around is black, Windows will not load anything. Once installation has completed, all Windows is activated.
Why is not activated when you restart?

Hi,
I think this might have to do with your system configuration for RunOnce (running applications after a reboot).
What happens if you manually install .NET 4 or another application that requires a reboot?

I do not know, I have no application to do this ...
That could change the RunOnce setting to work?

I also happens to another installer I've done recently and forced to restart after 4 Client Framework
