Help with failed Installation

Have a user that is tring to install an application but the install failes. I have looked at the install log but I do not know what to look for. Can someone please help? I have attached the log.

What is the user seeing exactly? What is failing? What error is he getting?

I was able to run your project without a problem on Windows 7 x64.
Does this happen on any other machines?

Is there anything specific to his machine, such as an anti-virus program?
