Dear Garrido,
to have your setup translated, you need to translate all the strings used by the project. These by default are in English.
To translate your project strings, select the "Localize" button (at the right of language selection control).
This will start the Localization wizard, first export the strings then import back when translated.
A good practice when doing translation it is to export your project string to a separate folder within your project.
Supposing that you have a project named "test", you should save your exported strings to a folder as: "Test\translator".
Done this and selecting the above "translator" folder, when you export your project strings from Localization wizard in InstallAware, all your specific project strings are saved to that folder. Now you can select if InstallAware have to localize automatically your strings or you may do it manually by your self.
If you choose the automatic process, InstallAware will traslate these for you. This is done with the a set of predefined words available with InstallAware and however this could not be complete. Anyway you can redefine the missing translated strings, by executing "mTranslator.exe" from your translation project path ("Test\translator").
When you done, import your back the strings in your project using Localization wizard. From the wizard select the languanges that you have previously translated and that you want to include in your project. Can be just one or more.
So in conclusion, your strings are saved in your translator project path and every project should have one.
To translate common shared strings, run the translator from IA design view selecting "Shared Strings" or execute the translation tool from IA Program menu, under the tool folder.
For more information about the Loacalization tool and translation, please refer to InstallAware documentation (press F1 fro IA IDE).
Hope this helps you.
Regards
