Extraction of installation data failed

Hi,
I'm creating a new setup and I'm building it for web deploy. The setup contains several web media blocks with pre-requisites and other things. One of this web media blocks contains "Program Files" and is named accordingly. When I'm testing this setup under a fresh copy of Windows 7 everything works fine (pre-requisites, installation of SQL-Server Express etc.) until the web media block "Program Files" is being extracted. After the extraction I get an error message "Extraction of installation data downloaded from the web has failed. What would you like to do?". The progress bar is at 100% and the status message is "Extracting Web Media: Program Files, <FileName>: 100% complete", so everything looks ok, but Setup does not continue.
All of my setup files are local, so there is no problem with the server. I've tried to extract the archive with 7zip manually and it works fine; the archive file is not corrupt. I've tried to exclude some files from the archive (the last ones, in case there is a problem with that file), but the result remains the same.
There is plenty of free disk space on the hard drive, so that's not the problem.
I have no idea what's going on... please help!
Regards,
ohali
