Reorder Include scripts list

I want to reorder the Include scripts list in my project.

Every time I create or include a new or existing script, it will be sohwn at the bottom of the list.
But, I really would like to reorder this list alphabetically or even better, in the order the script is called

Image
As you can see in this image, the Checkmsi31 etc, is at the bottom of the list, but is in the main script this is the first scriptfile called.
I would really like it to be at the top of the list, of, just reorder the complete list alphabetically

How can I acomplish this?

Ton,

What I've found is not an ideal way to do it but the following worked for me:

1. Backup your project .mpr file. :)

2. Edit it and if you scroll down towards the bottom of the .mpr file you'll see the script filenames. Copy and paste them into the order you need.

I found my sample script files did indeed reflect a change in the tab order which is what you want to do? I notice that my script filenames appear from line 334 onwards in the .mpr file and a $ sign in line 338 which presumably indicates where the script file names end? I verified that by copying a script file to a new name and I added the name into the .mpr file. When I opened the project it all seemed to work okay. That was on my machine so I'll let you experiment on yours. :D

I hope this helps.

Edit: Ton, I forgot to mention that I also tried creating an empty project. As expected the size of the .mpr file was much smaller than my project test above. I think it's worth saying the script filenames could well be on different line numbers in other .mpr project files. Bear that in mind when looking in yours. In other words, line number 334, etc is not guaranteed.

Dear Ton,

Unfortunately IA does not have this functionality.

Very probably the way suggested by Bokkie is the only possible. I never used ... but should works.

Thanks Bokkie!

Hi Bokkie & Franseco,

I'll give it a try.

Thanks for your reply.
