Hello,

it's me again .

This time I have a question about that "checking setup"-dialog of the InstallAware Assistent.

How can i change the text or the size of this dialog? Because in german it can't display the whole text. It doesn't fit in.
Find the screenshot in the attachment.
The text must be "... Dies kann einen Moment dauern.". The last word is missing.

Dear Feyh,

those strings are part of InstallAware Shared Strings.

On the Design tab, in the Tools group, click Shared Strings.
The InstallAware Translator opens. Use the tool to visually translate global setup strings.
More detailed info are available with IA documentations (just press F1 from IA Ide).

The dialog is part of dependent.exe and it can be modified using a resource editor only.
Very probably updating the shared strings used you don't need to do it.

Another question:
Is it possible to change the icon of the installation-file (MyInstallation.exe) ? Would be great if we could have our logo instead of the IA logo.
EDIT: Oh, well, i guess i found it. The forum does have a nice search-function. "Add-Remove programs -> Icon"
