Required Web Media Block?

Hi, is there such a thing as a required web media block? My core features are about 40MB, but it would nice if the user could instantaneously begin the installation and configuration process. I tried moving all the core features to a web media block without defining a corresponding component - and this worked all the way through extraction of all the files, then failed. Any thoughts on this?
I can't really have it as a selectable component because it is absolutely required.

The other term for this is a Required Feature -

If we show the feature though, the user could unselect it, although we could put the important parts outside of the selection check.

Looks like there is something called "Feature Independent" but not sure how I can access this. But wait, is that just the same as "Offline"?

Dear User,
If I have not missed your question, any file not added to a specific feature will be treated as Feature Independent automatically.
So there is nothing more to do.
Regarding your web media block extraction issue, have you verified that the component blocks correctly includes the files required by the block?
Let me know.
Regards.
