How do I validate a specific Windows registry entry before the installation running. I need a validation like a requirement to installation.

Assuming you have the full Studio version, you can use the MSIcode to read a registry setting into a variable and check it's value where you need to.

The statement is Read Registry. I don't know what options are available in the other editions of IA as I don't have those.
