Install MSI (ODBC) problem on x64

Hello,
I try to install the SQL Server Native Client 10 with the original MSI package on a Windows Server 2008 R2
The problem is that the driver will not be installed! But there is also no error.
I also tried to install with "run as administrator", but same problem
If I install the Native client sqlncli_x64.msi separat by hand, it will be installed correct.
Same installation on 32bit will work fine
What could couse the problem?
