Trial message with licensed product

Hi,
We are having a problem with installers build with a purchased version of InstallAware 12. Some of our customers receive the following message:
"This installation was created with InstallAware for Windows Installer.
Would you like to visit the InstallAware website shown below for more information?
http://www.InstallAware.com/
(the licensed version of InstallAware does not display this notice)"
Which should only show when the installer was built with a trial version of InstallAware. Has anyone observed this aswell and maybe found a workaround for it? We'll also contact IA support.
