Possible serious Registry issue in InstallAware 15

Hi!
I just upgraded my InstallAware installation from NX to 15 - and compiled my install script on 15.
In this script I have a line where I grant EVERYONE read + write access to a registry key - which includes another registry key with registry values.
When running the installer compiled in IA 15 - the permissions to my registry keys are somehow applied wrong. When the permissions are viewed in REGEDIT they are applied as "Special permissions" and I cannot access the keys properly and it is impossible to delete or even rename the keys even as Administrator running under UAC with full permissions.
Luckily I had a snapshot of my IA NX installation - and to be sure that it wasn't a bug I had introduced in my script - I compiled the exact same script on NX again. This time all registry permissions are applied correctly and REGEDIT shows the permissions applied as "Full Control" - which leads me to think that IA 15 has an issue with applying permissions to registry keys.
I tested and verified this issue on Windows 2008R2 and Windows 2012.
This is quite a serious problem - as all subsequent installations of my program will fail because of the this issue - and also the uninstallation of the program fails with an error message saying it cannot access my registry keys.
I am (to my knowledge) not running the native engine (the script has pretty much stayed the same through a number of IA updates going back to 2008).
Thought you might want to know about this - and hopefully replicate and fix the issue.
Best regards,
Michael
