Prerequisites path not setting correcty at runtime.

This is the script of prerequisites:

Set Variable PROGRESSTEXT to Installing Crystal Reports Runtime Engine for .NET Framework 4
Set Variable CRYSTAL13_1FILES to
Define File Bag : #IADIR#\runtimes\crystal13_1bin\*.*, get runtime location of files into variable CRYSTAL13_1FILES
Set Variable CRYSTAL13_1ERR to
Install/Remove MSI Package $CRYSTAL13_1FILES$\CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_1.msi[ADDLOCAL=ALL] (get result into variable CRYSTAL13_1)
if Variable CRYSTAL13_1 Equals REBOOT
MessageBox: $TITLE$ Setup, Your computer needs to be restarted before $TITLE$ Setup can continue.$NEWLINE$$NEWLINE$Please save your work in all running programs and click OK to restart your computer. While debugging the variable CRYSTAL13_1FILES is set somewhere else. While executing the setup on any other PC it gives error "The filename, the directory, or volume label syntax is incorrect" while installing this runtime.
