I would like to chime in that I am experiencing the same issue. I'm running the installer in a clean XP SP3 Virtual Machine that does not have .NET 4.0 installed. Am getting an error registering an assembly indicating it's trying to run c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\regasm.exe which does not exist.
My IA is 10.10 downloaded 2/16/2011 with the licence file created the same day.
The same install script in the same XP SP3 VM works just fine using IA 9.

Dear InstallAware users,
We apologIze for this issue. The message box has been removed (just regenerate and reinstall your license now to get the fix).
In order to help us solve the problem, please run regasm from the command line with the same parameters as are displayed in the error BEFORE installing your fixed license and attach a screenshot of the regasm output. Furthermore, do the assemblies install successfully despite the error box? Do they after the fix?
Thank you for your patience!

Thanks. The latest fix did the trick. I was a little worried that removing the error message would only hide the fact that the assemblies weren't being registered, but they do get registered.
