When installing on to Windows 2008 SBS or Windows 7. Non of the prerequisites are installed. The installer tells you: "<pre> could not be installed. Please use the Windows Update to manually install this update on your system"

Is there away round this?

Afraid there is not much to go on this!! Can you say what pre-reqs are included? Have you broken down and tested each pre-req to identify the specific one?

Maybe you're trying to run 32bit applications on a 64bit platform?
