Folders and subfolder uninstall

Components that contain subfolders are not being uninstalled when the application is uninstalled. I verified that the check box to leave the component installed when uninstalling is not checked.
How do I get IA9 to removes these folders when uninstalling?

Attached are the images. Note that my setup has components that merge folders with one another. For example in the screen capture you can see the following folders in "C:\Program Files (x86)\DataView\Config"
GroundTester
Megohmmeter
Qualistar
Simple Logger II
Wattmeter
Each of this is from a different component.

I got it to remove the install folder (and subfolders) by adding
Recursively Delete Files $TARGETDIR$\*.*
command before the Apply Uninstall operation.
