Edit XML File

Hi,
I'm trying out the evaluation version of Installaware 11 and am trying to use the XML edit to modify my config file. The file is pretty basic:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<configuration>
<appSettings>
<add key="IsLockServerEnabled" value="true"/>
<add key="ActiveLabviewVersion" value="latestSupportedVersion"/>
<add key="Topology.Network" value="Production"/>
<add key="Topology.Server.Host" value="server-qa32"/>
<add key="Topology.Server.Port" value="8084"/>
<add key="Synchronization.RemoteStatusCheck.MaxPeriod" value="00:05:00"/>
<add key="ShowSiteNameInTittleBar" value="true"/>
</appSettings>
</configuration>
My first question is that the 'Action' drop down is disabled and I can't seem to find the option to allow for me to change it to 'Update Only'
My next questions is how to use the dialog to edit the values for ="Topology.Server.Host" and ="Topology.Server.Port". I can't seem to figure out how to use it properly. I'm not 100% sure that it is suposed to be used in this manner.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
