IA 2012 Fail On Open Project IA9 EditFile Plugin?

I have two projects that will NOT open due to the ‘EditFile’ plug-in used in IA9.
I followed the error message window instrutions, but cannot find the EditFile plugin in the IA original build because it was added later.
I have searched all the files in the project directory trying to find the problem.
Help!

Okay, I have installed the correct plugin and project loads fine, BUT the project will NOT compile due to EditFile plugin error.
Here's what I want:
- Remove all EditFile plugin info from the project files. I don't need it anymore!
Q. What project files contain the EditFile info that prevents my project from loading?
I like IA 2012 very much, but cannot use it until this issue is resolved.
Help!
