Virtualization 5 crashes on larger projects

I just purchased virtualization 5 and am attempting to virtualize my app using a Windows 7 computer. To isolate the changes, I created an offline project.
I ran the PackageAware program to capture the setup changes, and the resulting .miv file was 1.75 MB. (encompasing 415 files, 173 folders, 235Mb) There appears to be some memory or size limits in the package editor, as it frequently crashes when managing files or registry settings.

When attempting to right-click or delete HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogin folder, the program crashed:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BEX
Application Name: ivpb.exe
Application Version: 3.2.2.4
Application Timestamp: 505f232b
Fault Module Name: ivpb.exe
Fault Module Version: 3.2.2.4

I used an XML editor to manually edit the .miv project to remove the keys that crashed the editor. When I attempted to build the EXE, the editor crashed with the following error:

Problem Event Name: BEX

I will be happy to send you the project and and project files for you to analyze.
