Go to
http://www.installaware.com/. From the Support menu, choose Support Center. As of yesterday this took you to
http://support.installaware.com. Now it links to
http://www.installaware.com/forum/.
Is the support ticket system being done away with, or is this a simple mistake on the main page?

It's temporary while the overhaul of that subdomain is in progress.

Good to know, thanks. Might this be why my support tickets have gone unanswered? I have one that I submitted on April 19th and followed up on twice on the 26th and 30th and never got a response.

Could be. Directly email support at our domain dot com and that should get you a response.
